    Hello below is how I want the final video (Photoshop template) to look like. I know how to use the "event pan/crop" tool. I just need information on how I can scale the video and move it around after using that tool to be able to match it up with my template etc.

    i'm not sure of what you want. i'd guess you are just looking to crop and then drag the partial image where you want in the template. if you are looking to retain the entire video but move it into a smaller space you drag the arrows out while in the pan/crop tool.
